Partners and authorities
Your transaction touches several authorities. Knowing how each one sequences its requirements is what keeps a file from being rejected.
Transfers are executed at trustee centres authorised by the Land Department. We coordinate directly with Injaz Real Estate Trustee so appointments, cheques and documents arrive in the right order.
